Then, install the ingredient container on top of the machine. Step 02 Attach the snow guide to the blade. Step 03 Connect the turntable to power and position it under the shaved ice machine. Step 04 Place a bowl for the shaved ice onto the turntable, then turn on the machine's switch. Step 05 Open the ingredient container's valve by moving it upwards. - Storage Capacity: 2kg Automatic cleaning and disinfection 4. Drain the Internal Water Turn on the power and wait until the E1 error appears. The water will be drained automatically. 8. Automatic Cleaning Complete Turn on the power. After 10 seconds, the automatic cleaning function will operate.
When the water has been drained three times, the cleaning process is complete. 1. Start Safely Open the front cover and turn off the power before cleaning. 2. Open the Top Cover Loosen the screws and safely remove the top cover. 3. Lock the Water Supply Valve Turn the hand valve 90° to the right to open the funnel. 5. Add Cleaning Solution and Clean Pour in 400 cc of diluted cleaning solution and wait for 3 minutes. Then turn the valve 90° to the left. 6. Start Automatic Cleaning Turn on the power. Automatic cleaning will start after 10 seconds. 7. Repeat the Disinfection Process (Rinse Cycle) Immediately after cleaning, repeat the process from Step 3 using a disinfectant
to ensure complete sterilization. Internal cleaning 4. Cleaning the Hopper Interior Wipe with a soft brush and thoroughly remove any residue with clean water. 1. Removing the Cover Disassemble the top and side covers for cleaning the interior. 2. Opening the Hopper Turn the four screws to the left to open the hopper cover. 3. Removing the Agitator Turn the agitator to the left to remove it from the hopper. 5. Disinfect with Ethanol Spray with disinfectant ethanol and finish with a clean cloth. 6. Disinfect the Water Tank Closing the water supply valve, safely disconnect the ice bin and hose.
(Make sure the water supply valve is closed.) 7. Cleaning the Cover Rinse the removed cover thoroughly under running water. Exterior Cleaning 1. Remove and Clean the Water Tank Pull the water tank forward and clean it thoroughly under running water. 2. Clean the Drain Body Detach the drain body and clean it thoroughly under running water. 3. Disinfect the Front Evenly spray disinfectant ethanol over the front. 4. Clean the Ice Outlet Lift the outlet and clean it thoroughly with a soft brush. 5. Clean Every Corner Clean all crevices and corners thoroughly with a soft brush, leaving no residue. We provide free after-sales service for one year immediately after shipment.
